This is very frustrating especially when i approached your online agents, being pushing around, submitting a ticket with promise but no response for so long. This account has been more than 10 years with me with very old question or personal info which
i don't even remember. And the alternative mailbox provided is not correct. i must have my account back due to all my other member info is with this mailbox. Could someone provide real solution as i'm seeing many other pending similar cases on this forum as
well? My friend also recently experienced an exact same issue and spent hours on it. it eventually got resolved by escalated to senior agent. i cannot believe this would happen to Microsoft who should have the best customer service. I sincerely hope someone
can address this issue immediately.
