Received notice to verify outlook account when logging into hotmail.com I provided my password and phone number but then did not finish putting in a security code that was texted to me. Now I can not access my hotmail account at all because it wants me to finish putting in the security code. I realize now that this is probably a scam and need to know how to remedy this and change my password etc. Can someone help with this please?
