I can't access emails after renaming to live.com and back to hotmail.com. I get error message: We're updating your inbox
It;s a major issue for me, I have time sensitive emails there.
I have been using this email for more than 10 years now. What happened? Did I lose it? That easy??
I have up to date system and browser.
I used 2 different browsers.
I cleared browser cookies and cache, all history.
error message still there.
Please I need to access my email urgently.
I already followed up instructions to revert back from outlook.com to hotmail.com and I can't access my inbox.
I also deleted the new outlook.com from my alias addresses.
I tried shifting to https and back, both didn't work.
Please please help me. I can provide email and info, provide help and private data, but I need to access my email urgently.
