My account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has issues. I have tried sending a code to my phone and changing my password. I receive a code to my cell phone, I change my password and I am able to log on, but upon logging on, I get the message:
It looks like someone else might be using your account
To help you—and only you—get back into *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, we need to verify that it's yours.
Furthermore, I am unable to use the email: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as this e-mail has been terminated, this was the alternate e-mail associated with my account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, hence why I am using this alternate e-mail address.
Please assist, I've had this e-mail address for 10 years. Again, my issue number is 96817037
