It keeps assuring me that yes, indeed, I was having issues with signing in with my mobile device earlier (true), but that it is resolved now (false) and that everything else is functioning normally (false). My PC-accessed Outlook Inbox froze up mid task.
It would let me click on things, but then just keep refreshing the Inbox no matter what I clicked on. I signed out and attempted to sign back in and received this message:
Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now
