I use SKydrive app across four devices. Windows phone and Surface have no problems opening and editing MS office files. Work computer is running XP, so I log in to Skydrive through the website. Again, no problems editing the files.

At home I have a desktop running Win 8.1. Each time I use the SKyDrive app to open the files, it is "read-only" mode. What am I doing wrong? I would like to have it setup the same way as my Surface, where I can open them from the app and edit. Don't want to login via website each time. Any help would be appreciated.
