When I saw my entire contact list, I could see exactly who I wanted to forward an E-Mail to.  Now all I see is frequent contacts, which is only five (5) out of about seventy-five (75) contacts on my hotmail list.  Or tell me how to make all of my contacts "frequent contacts".
