IT IS AN EMERGENCY NEED MY OLD EMAILS.
I have spent hours reading forums....talking to customer support ........ live chat and telephone calls !!!!!
I have tried everything advised to retrieve all my missing emails (3 years worth) and NO ANSWERS !!!!
I have escalated a complaint and still no answers !!!!
Please Please can somebody Help ??????
I did not delete them.....I did not move them .......I did not leave my account inactive ......I was upgraded to OUTLOOK by Microsoft and
now have no folders ??????
I am very frustrated and would like to know What Is Going On ?????
I NEED TO GET INTO MY OLD EMAILS AND SENT MAILS AND GET EVERY THING BACK....PS WHY DID THEY DELETE EVERYTHING IT IS THERE EMAIL THAT THEY CAN DELETE IT WHEN THEY LIKE
