I have an old OUtlook/hotmail account that I have been trying to delete for a while now, but it will not allow me to do so because it keeps telling me i have subscriptions tied to this account/ some soft of billing information. I can't figure out for the life of me what these items are though. I remember I used to have an Xbox Live account tied to it years ago, but have had it tied to a different account recently. I also had a few paid subscription websites tied to it, but all haven't billed me for years. Is there any section of outlook/ whatever that I can go to that will tell me what I need to cancel/ change in order to delete my account?
