My hard disc recently crashed. I have downloaded livemail as my offline email onto my new PC but my contacts, which are still visible and 'there' in outlook.com are not showing on livemail. The only contacts I have seem to be from my old outlook express days some 6 years ago. What has happened?

PS As you may notice I'm not PC savvy so simple replies appreciated. Thanks
