why can’t I forward e-mails with enclosed pictures? Windows Live Mail cannot “find the pictures, etc..”

Whenever I receive some e-mails with great pictures and try to forward these e-mail, a dialog box appears stating "Windows Live Mail" cannot find the pictures, etc."
