Both my wife and I are NEVER successful in signing in to our hotmail accounts on the first try.  We always get an error message.  Then, after re-typing our passwords, we are always successful.  I have changed my password, but it doesn't seem to help.  Neither of us are very technoliterate, so please keep this in mind.  We would be grateful for any assistance we could get in solving this.  Thanks.
