I'm trying to cancel/close one of my hotmail accounts but when I click on Close Account it asks me to click on something else and that asks me to click on something else and then something about billing (which I don't have a billing account for ANYTHING)!!  This is frustrating!  It NEVER used to be this difficult to close a hotmail email account!  Even the subjects to post this thread doesn't even have Cancel Account as an option!  Ugh!!
