Although there are many requests concerning problems with Windows Live Email and Win 10, I have found no specific questions about this particular problem. The program opens, all of my folders and saved mail are intact. When it checks for mail it appears to be working through the connection, authorization and checking for mail properly. At this point the error box registers the following message:

Server: 'plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800C013E

Protocol: POP3

Port: 995

Secure(SSL): Yes

It will not retrieve mail, I have sent messages to my account and get no error code on sending and they had been received when I checked my server's mail site.

As stated to this point it appears to work well. I have the email app that came with Win 10 but removing deleted emails is time consuming, there appears to be no way to remove them other than one at a time.
