I am using windows 8, and I am unable to get my College email account to use Windows live mail or the mail program that comes with windows 8. before upgrading to windows 8 my windows 7 system would work with this email account and windows live mail. Windows live says it is connected to the account, but never receives mail, I can go to the web interface and see new mail. If it is needed the email address of concern is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
