My son is trying to create a dvd with windows dvd maker.  The file was downloaded MP4 and converted to wmv and then my son downloaded a custom font and installed it.  He customised the menu and the preview worked fine but when he clicks burn it goes really slow at first and then it skips to 99% and then it says "cannot create dvd".  Any advice appreciated.  Thank you.
