Hello

I have a problem on and off now with sending emails over the last 18 months , when I send an email via live mail essentials window where I have other account that I send and receive from. I am being told that they have received several copies of same email, despite which account I send from, what's making matters worse is that I am also receiving multi incoming emails. I have asked around what in the opinion to my problem, I was advised to copy all email folder from each account into doc's. then uninstall Microsoft live essentials from pc then reinstall hopefully when reinstalled problem may be solved, Issue did not fix problem after install of live essential widow came up so I added accounts as previously.  tried sending emails and receiving again multiply replies both way's, I contacted the email account helpline but got nowhere.  They just keep saying uninstall live essentials and reinstall, but this doesn't fix issue, accounts with talktalk-Hotmail - google all three accounts do the same. Can someone tell me or email me how to resolve, as I am running out of friends and contacts with multiply emails. Regards brionypups
