I have a custom domain that I use outlook.com to send and receive e-mail. All windows live services are functioning and I am able to receive and send email. While trying to add my custom domain email as a connected account on my work Exchange email, I
ran into an issue. The exchange service does not recognize my domain as an outlook.com mailbox. This led me to log into the Admin Page on domains.live.com to investigate. I noticed that my domain is listed in "Pending DNS" status. As suggesting in
this post I have tried the following:
1. Triple checked that my DNS settings are indeed correct.
2. Click "Refresh Button" on the admin panel.
3. Changed the admin account used to manage my custom domain.
None of those steps have solved the issue. I notice a very significant amount of users having the same problem and yet I do not see any solutions. What is the deal? I've included a screenshot showing that my MX records are propagated.
