I cannot get into my email (windows live) when I click on the icon on my desktop. It shows the hourglass for a few seconds and then it stops. I can get into my email through my provider's web site, so they said it was a Microsoft problem. When I called
microsoft, the microsoft person sent me to the support page that only suggested we change our password. Ths was done successfully, but we still can't access email through the windows live icon. Can someone please help us with this?
