Windows Live Hotmail Plus customer service appears to be nonexistent. We have already spent hours in chats and phone calls with Microsift where they send us in endless circles of people who tell us hope sorry they are and then transfer us to another useless
person who repeats the process.
Our Windows Live Hotmail Plus account is paid in full until next July. A few days ago we just stopped receiving emails. We access our account online and we can still send messages. How do we get this fixed so we can get our emails. Various people have
told us their emails to us are bouncing back as undeliverable.
