Hello All,


About a week ago we were unable to receive or send emails.

 

I spoke with Optusnet regarding this and they said everything is correct and I should I contact Microsoft. Well i contacted microsoft and they put me onto this website.

 

This is the error message that comes up

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Optusnet.com (..................) account. Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity.
