Have your Windows Live Mail repaired. The steps are provided below:

 

1. Go to Control Panel then click Programs.

2. Click Programs and Features.

3. Right click Windows Live Essentials 2011 then click Uninstall/Change.

4. Select Repair all Windows Live programs in the dialog box.

5. After the repair is done, reboot when asked.

Unfortunately I did all that was stated including rein I stalling the entire windows live 2011 and still not working then after reinstalling and being reassured by my server that all incoming and outgoing info is correct and after spending an entire day with my server on and off constantly still there is no solution to my problem. it was working fine 2 weeks ago I am sure of that but not having used it for a week and then trying to send an email from a webpage it would not allow me.
