Unable to send or receive messages for the Hyridge (admin) account. The email server returned an error.

These are the error messages coming up when I try to send or receive.  I updated my mail box at 10:30 am and by 130pm I was unable to send or receive.  Nothing was done to this account for the three hour period.  This just happened all on its own.  Please help!
