I have 12 computers in my network, all using Windows Live Mail to send and receive emails with same set of email accounts configured on each computer. Instead of getting each computer receiving email from internet, I want to have a centralized email storage
network location, where one computer will be syncing to server and storing all emails to that location and all other computers connected to the same location. This is beneficial because:
- I will be having a local copy of all the emails in one location.
- Emails will be downloaded once, and in case adding or replacing a new PC, there will be no need to download all emails again, hence reducing bandwidth usage both on user end and email server end.
I would appreciate if someone would come up with a solution or an alternative AT NO EXTRA COST!
Looking forward to hear from you all...
