I've been using Windows Live Mail for YEARS, without ever getting this error code.

Also, I have done screen prints and posted them to messages and sent them without any problem.

Right now I'm getting the message and am UNABLE TO GET THE MESSAGE UP ON MY SCREEN, EVEN TO EXAMINE IT.

QUESTION #1 -- How can I display the email to examine it?

QUESTION # 2 -- How can I dianose the specific glitche in order to repair it?
