Everyday I keep recieving Windows Live Mail message. Error id 0x800CCC92 and 0x800CCC90

Protocol POP3
Server response
Unable to lock maildrop.Mailbox is locked by POP server
Unable to send and recieve messages for my account.Incorrect password entered. Next time you send and recieve message you will be asked to
enter username and password.

I know my password and username are correct. When I get this error message, I click on the right bottom of my screen and click on Offline then
click back again , This then seems to prompt a message to come up which reads as 'updating calendar' and then the initial error message dissapears and windows live mail is working .Does any one understand why this keeps happening, and how i can permantely solve it,
I am not technically minded  so would appreciate if possible , a simple solution. MANY THANKS, in anticipation, Rachael
