My windows live mail account is locked when I try to access it on my desktop comuter as well as the MSN account.  I am on a laptop for this post and can access the account here.  On the desktop I get a message (no number) which says "Some errors occured...Check for details below"  But there are no details below except it says 0 of 1 task has been completed.  Aslo I am asked for a password on two screens but it still does not give me access.  I have tried:  repair of WLM Essentials,  Unstalled Essentials and reinstalled it,  asked for a password reset with no response,  asked for a new account with no response.  I am totally frustrated.  Help from someone.
