I am unable to "paste" or Ctrl-V from the clipboard into a reply email.

I can paste into a new email, but I cannot copy a screenshot into a reply email - nothing happens.

Is this an issue or how can I resolve this please.

Running Windows 7 x64 on ASUS I7 laptop.
