windows live mail – I receive all emails on my Black berry but not on my laptop. I use windows 7. Why can´t I see all my emails on my laptop?

I use internet explorer (I think) for the account and have other gmail accounts I run through chrome - I have no trouble with them.

Any suggestions as to how i can solve this problem and get all my emails on my laptop.
