Windows Live Mail is not opening unless I restart the computer

WHEN I START MY COMPUTER I CAN OPEN LIVE MAIL ,IF I LEAVE I CANNT OPEN IT AGAIN.

THE ONLY WAY I CAN GO BACK IS TO RESTART MY COMPUTER....????
