Please help to solve this issue....

While Entering in to the Windows Live mail in my Windows 7 Laptop It's shows the error Like follow this. PLease Help to solve the issue.

Message shows that : 

Unable to send or receive messages for the XXXXXX (My_name) account. Header download for the 'Follow up' folder did not complete. PLAIN-CLIENTTOKEN authentication failed. None of the authentication methods supported by your IMAP server (if any) are supported on this computer.

Server Response: Your IMAP command could not be sent to the server, due to non-network errors. This could, for example, indicate a lack of memory on your system.
