I have uninstalled the Windows 2012 Live Mail program and reinstalled it.  I have signed out of the account and signed back in.  All to no avail.

 

The Error message reads as follows:

 

Server: "POP.charter.net

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E

Protocol: POP3

Port 995

Secure(SSL): Yes

Socket Error: 10060

 

Able to read the Saved Mail already on the program.  Able to update the Calendar.  Just can't connect to the ISP host server to send or receive messages.

 

Not sure where to go from here.
