Dear Support Person,


I have an issue with Windows Live Messenger login, When i tried to login and press enter key its say, Signing into Windows Live Messenger Failed, because the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

When i click for options, Where i note that, you are not connected to the messenger service, and you are connected to the internet through a network connection.

And the last few lines of log file is

When i tried for troubleshoot , its says its a key port problem and failed to connect to the service please check to make sure your firewall is not blocking windows live messenger, even i allowed in the firewall list.
