The problem is now every time I boot the laptop Messenger loads when Windows opens and the Windows Live Messenger screen appears. I check the appropriate boxes to sign in every time and whatnot and click sign in. A pop up window appears notifying me of
a new version that must be installed to continue. Okay.
Going through the motions, Download the app. Sign in. Nope. Follow the link. Skype download page. I actually re install Skype.
Next boot same cycle except I skip downloading Skype. I try adjusting the settings, yes. That's it... Nope. Same cyclic behavior. Every time.
I already had Skype installed before the Windows re install but Microsoft Support had a time re installing it. There were other installation issues but Microsoft got them installed as well.
Since I already had a Skype account I didn't want to merge it with my .live account or Facebook. I would rather choose to have a separate Skype account for that. Is that the issue and that's not possible or do I need to delete a file? What solution is
there to the mundane circles? And I'm not talking Google!
