I don't seem to be able to receive emails to my email account although I can send from it.  I have spoke to orange who said that all settings are correct and that it must be an application issue.  I have also spoken to someone on the microsoft live chat who reset the password then passed me on to Outlook Support who then said that they couldn't help as it was about Windows Mail!
