I'm getting this error message when trying to open Windows Live mail:  "WLM can't be opened, check if the disc (which disc?) is full or if the memory (which memory?) is out. Error code: 0x80041161.

I've been advised of pros to download something like "wlarp.exe" and have done so but I don't know what to do with this file/program.

Please explain in a simple way as I'm not very good at computing
