I went to log onto my Xbox today and it wants from me security information on my Microsoft account, not enabling me to go onto my profile and check the information. I have a Microsoft account, however the username and password I put into the boxes is not correct, making me think that it is asking for parental information instead of my personal account information. It won't let me recover the username and password as it wants an answer to a security question that I do not know the answer for. 

Any help would be appreciated.
